My purchase is missing. What should I do?

If you’ve made a purchase but haven’t received the items, please try the following:

    •    Restart the game and check if the purchase appears.

    •    Ensure you are logged into the same account used for the purchase.

    •    On iOS, go to Settings > Restore Purchases to attempt recovery.


If the issue persists, contact our support team with your purchase ID and a screenshot of the transaction receipt.
