How do I request a refund?

iOS Users

Since purchases on iOS are handled directly by Apple, we are unable to process refunds ourselves. However, you can request a refund through Apple Support:

1. Go to Apple’s refund request page.

2. Sign in with your Apple ID.

3. Locate the transaction and follow the steps to request a refund.

Android Users

For purchases made on Google Play, refunds are generally handled by Google. You can request a refund by:

1. Visiting Google Play’s refund page.

2. Selecting the purchase and following the instructions.

If you’re unable to request a refund through Google Play, we may be able to assist you. Please contact our support team and provide your purchase ID so we can look into it further.
